Hello,

I’m Andrew Brown and I have lived in the Mar Menor region since 2004. For the majority of these years I have been a real estate agent and have sold over two thousand properties in the area.

I pride myself on the high level of customer service my team and I give to each and every one of our clients who range from first time buyers – often in need of a bit of hand-holding throughout what can be a daunting process – to those who already know the area well, having previously bought and are looking for something new.

For those who are perhaps time-poor, we can offer the increasingly popular ‘virtual viewings’ which take place in real time at a mutually-agreed hour, where I personally take you on a walk-through of a property (or several properties!) and am on hand to answer any questions as we make our way around. Otherwise, we can arrange inspection trips and take and send photographs of the build process to keep you updated and give you peace of mind throughout the development of the property.
