Depending on your circumstance, we are able to offer those coming to visit the area for the first time a ‘Discovery Trip’, where we take care of five star hotel accommodation and airport transfers… all you have to do is book your flights!
Our recommended viewing trips are typically two to three days in length giving you sufficient time in which to be introduced to the immediate area, discuss in depth the process of ‘Buying in Spain’, have plenty of time to ask any questions and to view as many properties on the resort as you wish to see. Whilst many people understandably prefer to visit over a weekend, we recommend doing so with at least one full mid-week day.
Why Do You Recommend Mid-Week, And Not A Weekend?
This will ensure you have time to meet with lawyers and arrange and complete any necessary paperwork in advance.
You will also be able to view the wonderful ‘hustle and bustle’ of the area in which you are intending to buy; it is much easier to ‘imagine’ how relaxed weekends on both the coast and on the resort itself can be in comparison.
You will be driven around in one of our comfortable air-conditioned vehicles during your stay while we will show you some of the best beaches in the area and the abundance of restaurants the region has to offer.
Where Are You Located?
Our office is located in the main town centre of the Mar Menor Golf Resort – directly opposite the five star hotel and adjacent to local law firm LS Solicitors with whom we work closely and have done so for many years.
LS Solicitors come highly recommended, are widely known for their professionalism and high quality of service and employ a variety of European language speakers. However, there are plenty of other highly reputable lawyers in the area with whom we can happily recommend should you prefer to make your own choice.
